Our Story Christian Humanitarian Action Network for Community Empowerment
was founded in 2017 by Dr. Notee T. Buegar and Friends. Since Then, we have focus on providing relief, and development by partnering with communities to help bring about lasting change by follow Jesus’ example of showing unconditional love to the poor and oppressed through tackling causes of poverty, injustice and development to restore life, revive hopes, and give dreams. Our Mission
OurCHANCE aims to contribute through Christian value the realization of this vision by empowering underprivileged children, youth, and women by creating a safe, healthy, inclusive, productive, and peaceful society through relevant education, innovative healthcare, and capacity building.

Strategy
OurCHANCE will empower and prepare Liberians to achieve this mission by providing relevant education, providing good healthcare and capacity building.
